We
are a not-for-profit organization, offering information and services
related to domestic violence, violence in dating relationships, abuse of
the elderly, children who witness family violence and sexual assault.
Our pages refer to women when discussing victims because the majority of domestic violence is perpetrated against women. It is important to emphasize, however, that violence occurs to others as well, and is equally unacceptable. All of our services are available to men and our service providers are aware of the special considerations of male victims and sensitively respond to them.
